Day 2 of 30: Simply Saturday

Day 2: Being a Saturday, and normally Saturdays are filled with relaxing, tv, movies and vegitation on my couch, I knew going in that it was going to be more difficult to get motivated to work out. I made myself get up for 9:00am and get straight into my fitness room.

The workout was just as difficult as day 1 and Jillian was none the friendlier. 30 minutes later, day 2 was complete and I went on with a normal Saturday of relaxation. It felt good to know I had stuck with it, as I've heard that establishing a routine takes 21 days and I couldn't mess it up on the second day. I moved along and looked forward to acomplishing my 30 day goal.
