Day 10 of 30: Dog Walking

I am a third of the way there! 10 days down and 20 days to go. Tomorrow begins workout #2 and I am looking forward to seeing the new exercises. Saturday was difficult with food as well. I wasn't able to follow Jenny Craig's plan, so today is a new day and I am trying.

This morning I spent some time visiting with my family and we ate a big breakfast of veggie omelettes and fresh fruit. Then I had a workout in my fitness room. The 30 Day Shred video workout one is now ingrained in my head. I feel great after the 20 minutes of strength, cardio and abs. I'm starting to get addicted to working out everyday and feeling better. Looking forward to dropping some more weight and fitting into my "small" jeans. This summer is going to be great!

The remainder of today will consist of walking the dogs, and relaxing at home. So a nice and slow paced Sunday.
