Day 16 of 30: Sore Knee

On the downward slide now. Only two weeks of workouts to go and I will have met my goal!

My knee has been bothering me. I twisted it working out I am sure, and oblique twists and jumping are not really helping. It's healing up but slowly. I guess whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I've been modifying some moves so they don't cause further pain or injury. I worked out this morning when I first got up and it feels good to get it over with and move onto my day. Ahhh.

This morning I got to sleep in and it was lovely. Looking forward to having the new blackout blinds we ordered. They come in a month, and will make our rooms nice and dark. Though then I may sleep all day..

I spent my afternoon trying to backup and reformat my secondary computer which crashed hard and only operates in safe mode currently. Not fun. Anyone who tells you it is, is a)Crazy, b)Insanely bored, c)Has no friends and nothing better to do or d)All of the above. After hours of backing up files onto USB sticks, I now get to spend my evening wiping the hard drive, reformatting and reloading programs. all in the hope of having a working computer once again. Then spending the next few weeks reloading all my programs as I discover that I've forgotten to reload them after the reformat. Yay!

Either way Day 16 of my 30 day fitness project is complete!!
