Day 15 of 30: Half Way There!

Halfway through!! I've worked out now fifteen days in a row!

This morning I weighed in at Jenny Craig. A bad start to my morning, but I guess I'm building muscle from all these workouts. Next week I hope to drop a few. I then hit the gym for my first workout with my new trainer Tanya.

Tanya turned out to be a wonderful trainer. I've now officially had three trainers at Gold's over the years and three at Bikini Bootcamp and I think I like Tanya the best so far. I mean this is only based on one day but here's hoping it's just as fun over the next few months.

After my workout at Gold's I went home and worked out to the 30 Day Shred. It was a bit rough, since it's mostly planks, and my Gold's workout was all arms and abs today. I am proud to say that I made it through. By then the afternoon was basically over.

We stayed in tonight and watched movies on the PVR together. Zombieland and then Planet 51. I know what you're thinking, an odd combination. But that's our style.
