Day 30 of 30: The Goal!

Today I woke up congested and coughing. I did my workout and I feel amazing. Thirty (30!) days of straight exercise. I commited to it and saw it through!


The 30 Day Shred DVD was a major motivator. Anyone can do 20-30 minutes of exercise per day. I proved this to myself and will be keeping it up, although Ina little more moderate amounts. My personal trainer has advised me to take breaks to let my muscles heal and rest. She recomended working out Monday to Fridays and resting on the weekends.

For the next two weeks I don't have a structured workout plan but will post about my fitness to keep myself accountable. By the end of the month I will be busy with Core Class, Pilates Class, Bikini Bootcamp twice a week and, of course, training on Fridays with Tanya.

Thanks to everyone for the wonderful support. A special thanks to my darling husband who helped motivate me.
